David C. Taylor, President
The portfolio of construction projects managed by Mr. Taylor includes approximately $1 billion of large scale, commercial projects completed over the last thirty years. A seasoned professional, David is proficient in every stage of construction including negotiations, estimates, contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, submittals, quality control and project management. Mr. Taylor is currently responsible for property management, marketing, leasing, lease improvements, client relations, renovations, new design, construction and maintenance supervision for approximately 2 million square feet of leased space in the current Bowman Development Group's portfolio, including the Holiday Inn Express.

Irvin P. Gish, Director of Special Projects
Irvin's career spans over forty years within the architectural, engineering and construction industries. Joining Bowman Development Corporation since its inception in 1988, Mr. Gish is a master at estimating and managing large scale construction projects. Past projects have included planning and construction of housing for the elderly, schools, banks, churches and build-to-suit office space. Notable projects include the Maryland Correction Training Center and the Roxbury Complex located in Hagerstown, Maryland. Recent projects in the Bowman Development Corporation portfolio include the $20 million concrete tilt-up construction of a storage facility in Hagerstown, Maryland, and a $6 million Holiday Inn Express.

Jeff Tedrick, Lead Project Manager
Jeff offers 28 years of construction experience including extensive design, development and estimating. Mr. Tedrick has the ability to take a project from "concept to completion". With his strong advocacy of team synergy and his thorough knowledge of cost effective construction techniques he has earned the respect of his colleagues and local subcontractor forces.
